What Are Renewal Courses?

Renewal Courses are thoughtfully crafted to enrich your understanding of Waldorf education and anthroposophy through a blend of artistic and intellectual engagement. Each course creates a welcoming environment where participants can reflect, collaborate, and deepen their work and personal lives.

These courses are open to everyone – whether you’re part of an independent, public, or home school community, or simply drawn to Waldorf education and its values. Participants return year after year, drawn by the rich learning experiences and the warmth of the Renewal community.

Summer 2025 Course Options

Week 1: Rejuvenation and Inspiration In-Person

Dates: Sunday, June 29 – Friday, July 4, 2025

Location: High Mowing School, Wilton, NH

Details: Spend a week immersed in artistic activities, rich conversations, and supportive community. Designed to replenish body, mind, and spirit, this in-person retreat offers educators across all grade levels an opportunity to reconnect with their passion for teaching, explore approaches to meet the needs of today’s students, and gather practical tools to launch the new school year with confidence.

Week 2: Preparation and Inspiration Online

Dates: Monday, July 7 – Friday, July 11, 2025

Location: Online

Details: Join virtually from the comfort of your own chosen summertime location for a focused week on teaching preparation for grades 1-8. Work with experienced faculty, collaborate with peers, and gather practical tools to launch the new school year with confidence.
